A static roller is a roller that relies on its own weight to compact materials with static pressure, which is also the main working performance required for static rollers that differs from vibratory rollers. Compared to vibratory rollers, which can compact larger and more complex pavement materials, static rollers are used for compacting the base layer of pavements such as asphalt, similar to the finishing work of tire rollers. Static rollers can compact both cohesive and non-cohesive materials, such as gravel, crushed stone, asphalt, asphalt concrete, sand-gravel mixtures, and sandy soil, making them a versatile and multi-functional compaction equipment.
Compaction and repair of ordinary subgrades and asphalt pavements for high-grade highways, intercity roads, county and township roads, water conservancy projects, sports venues, and other industrial sites.
1. Mechanical transmission, 3-speed drive
2. Hydraulic steering, articulated frame, flexible operation.
3. Two large-capacity anti-corrosion water tanks, with independent gravity-based automatic sprinkler systems at the front and rear.
4. The dual steering wheel operation control design facilitates the operator's observation of edge compaction conditions.
5. Optional Cummins engine. (Model: 4BTA3.9-C80, 60kW@2200rpm)
